David, aka Boh, is a Business Coach, Organizational Change Management Consultant, and Adjunct Professor with fitness industry experience spanning 2+ decades in leadership, teaching, and entrepreneurial roles.
His passion is in professional development and sharing the knowledge he's gained through diverse personal, professional, and academic experiences to help entrepreneurial trainers build sustainable businesses with confidence.
Before partnering with Laura and Mike, they'd previously worked together in leadership roles at a large health club chain in the Northeast. David's career began as a Personal Trainer after graduating from Bridgewater State University with a BS in Physical Education, focusing on Exercise Science. He then held various positions, including Small and Large Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness Manager, Learning and Development Faculty, General Manager, Regional Manager, and Fitness Studio Owner. Beyond fitness, David has also worked as an Account Executive in Educational Technology sales, served as Adjunct Faculty for MBA students, and founded Inevitabl, a change management consultancy.
Committed to continuous learning, David's earned an MBA, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, and holds the following certifications:

When not with students or clients, he's an ultra-endurance athlete, enjoying multi-day races (whether on foot, bike, or snowshoes) and the travel that goes along that lets him see more of the world and meet more of the people in it.

Boh first began fundraising for The Angel Fund through support of then client Dawn Timlin in The Sharon Timlin Memorial 5k: A Race to Cure ALS.
